Please refer to our return policy below regarding PIC, Homeplus, Bugables branded items:
- If you are not 100% satisfied with the performance of our product(s), PIC Corporation highly suggests customers to return their purchased items at the original place of purchase.
- In the event the retailer’s return policy window has expired, PIC Corporation will provide a replacement of equal or lesser value of the original purchase within 60 days. Customer must retain their original receipt or provide proof of purchase. All returns without proof of purchase will not be honored.
- PIC Corporation reserves the right to authenticate receipts with our retail partners to ensure compliance with applicable state and federal laws.
- PIC Corporation will not reimburse or honor invalid submissions.

The following policy applies to PIC, HomePlus, Bugables and specific Raid products that are manufactured by PIC:
- PIC Corporation, at its own option and discretion, will seek to replace, at no charge, any product that PIC Corporation determines to be defective. Please contact us at (800) 799-7302 for information. If it is determined that the product may be defective, you will be provided a paid return label and instructions for product return. An unauthorized return (i.e., one in which a paid return label has not been issued) will be returned to you at your expense.
- Please allow 5-7 days for processing.
