Our story began in 1942 when Sidney Goldman graduated from the Rutgers School of Pharmacy in Newark, New Jersey. Though he aspired to use his medical knowledge immediately, Sidney answered the call to serve during WWII and joined the United States Army shortly after graduation. He took Japanese and aerial photography lessons and received a commission as a Second Lieutenant. After his release from the service, Sidney and his pharmacist wife, Doris, opened a small pharmacy named Orange Drugs in Orange, New Jersey. Unfortunately, a fire destroyed their operation. In 1966, Sidney and Doris opened a new, larger store, which became a prominent fixture in the area. 

After selling his successful business, Sidney helped to found PIC Corporation, which in 1953 specialized in importing mosquito coils. A lot has changed since Sidney took a chance on PIC. We now offer an array of pest-control products globally through our brand name and other brand partners and boast a headquarters on the East and West Coasts of the United States.  Though we have grown in size, we have never strayed from the heart of our mission. Third-generation, family-owned, and operated, CEO Eric Rubel continues to lead the charge in pest-control innovation to improve the lives of families worldwide.
